Well, we've been huge fans of Doan's ever since they were just a rumor-y being passed about in Yeast Van home-brewing circles. We've enjoyed their German and Rye inspired goodness since day one, and have been pretty excited as they've upped their distribution game with bottles and tall cans. Hathi Brewing is a start-up BC brewery with a great story and, as they put it, an Indian twist. Drawing on their two founders' heritage, Hathi they have named their brewery after Hathi, the Punjabi/Hindu word for wise elephant. Their branding is based on this imagery, and their creations draw on the tastes and smells of Indian culinary traditions.
