We infuse whole leaf Cascade, and Lavender from our friends at Greendale Lavender Farm, and run them through the pelletizer to make a lavender-infused hop pellet. The Lavender character is very predominant, yet at a consistent level with the cascade hops and make an amazing whirlpool and dry hop addition.
