PENTICTON, BC – Cannery Brewing has announced the latest release in the It’s Not Magic, It’s Science series of small batch beers.

Fresh Hop Extra Pale Ale (6% abv):

Hop harvests happen just once a year in the fall. This year, for our annual fresh hop release, our brewing team crafted a Fresh Hop Extra Pale Ale. This beer is reminiscent of our original Muse Extra Pale Ale recipe with a fresh, modern take.

It was brewed with fresh Cascade hops from Northwest Hop Farms in Chilliwack, BC. To maximize the quality of those delicious fresh hops, they were picked and delivered to us the morning of August 30th, and the beer was brewed that afternoon. In addition to the fresh hops, we added Simcoe Frozen Fresh Cryo Hops from Yakima Chief Hops, and Golden Promise malts.

Tiger’s Blood is available now at the Cannery taproom and retail store, and soon at select beer retailers in British Columbia and Alberta.
